Society journals reorganized into a more coherent format!!

Dear Colleagues,

The Pharmaceutical Socity of Japan (PSJ) has recently finished the reorganization of its four journals:

The publications of the new journals have started from January 1, 2012.

Here is a brief summary of some of the main changes made to each journal. If there are any comments or questions regarding the reorganization, please contact the society editorial office (ronb@pharm.or.jp).

From this year the Yakugaku Zasshi became a Japanese Language journal for all articles. We will no longer accept submissions of papers in other languages. Please submit Japanese language papers to Yakugaku Zasshi: http://www.editorialmanager.com/yakushi/.

The Journal of Health Science (JHS) and the Biological & Pharmaceutical Bulletin (BPB) were merged into the new BPB.
For journal archives of JHS please follow the link at http://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/browse/jhs/.

All papers that were eligible for submission to JHS are now eligible for submission to either the new BPB or CPB.

Biological field papers that have been submitted to Yakugaku Zasshi or JHS previously can be submitted to the new BPB. The BPB also welcome clinical or medicinal field papers. Please send submissions to https://www.editorialmanager.com/cpb-bpb/.

Chemical field papers that have been submitted to the Yakugaku Zasshi or JHS previously can be submitted to the new CPB. Not only papers in medicinal chemistry but also clinical field papers written from the standpoint of chemistry will be acceptable for the CPB. Please send submission to https://www.editorialmanager.com/cpb-bpb/
